写入政府工作报告

政府工作报告提出了多项重点工作任务，其中包括加快培育壮大新兴产业，全面实施战略性新兴产业发展规划，加快新材料、人工智能、集成电路、生物制药、第五代移动通信等技术研发和转化，做大做强产业集群;推动互联网+深入发展、促进数字经济加快成长，让企业广泛受益、群众普遍受惠。

政府工作报告还提出，要大力改造提升传统产业，深入实施《中国制造2025》，加快大数据、云计算、物联网应用，以新技术、新业态、新模式，推动传统产业生产、管理和营销模式变革。报告特别提出，要把发展智能制造作为主攻方向，推进国家智能制造示范区、制造业创新中心建设，深入实施工业强基、重大装备专项工程，大力发展先进制造业，推动中国制造向高端迈进;完善制造强国建设政策体系，以多种方式支持技术改造，促进传统产业焕发新的蓬勃生机。

相关政策相继出台

2017年7月，国务院发布的《新一代人工智能发展规划》指出，要立足国家发展全局，准确把握全球人工智能发展态势，找准突破口和主攻方向，全面增强科技创新基础能力，提升经济社会发展和国防应用智能化水平，并提出“三步走”战略。

同年11月，中国科学技术部新一代人工智能发展规划暨重大科技项目启动，相关规划推进办公室和战略咨询委员会成立，首批四家人工智能开放创新平台公布。

2017年12月，工信部印发的《促进新一代人工智能产业发展三年行动计划(2018—2020年)》指出，力争到2020年，实现“人工智能重点产品规模化发展、人工智能整体核心基础能力显著增强、智能制造深化发展、人工智能产业支撑体系基本建立”的目标。

新兴产业发展迎来新机遇

2018年，人工智能依然是热门。在2018年政府工作报告中，人工智能再次被提及。政府工作报告明确，要发展壮大新动能，做大做强新兴产业集群，实施大数据发展行动，加强新一代人工智能研发应用，在医疗、养老、教育、文化、体育等多领域推进互联网+;发展智能产业，拓展智能生活;运用新技术、新业态、新模式，大力改造提升传统产业;加强新兴产业统计。
